Natalie Yivgi-Ohana

Natalie Yivgi-Ohana PhD

Co-founder and CEO

Natalie received her PhD in Biochemistry at The Hebrew University in 2007, after which she performed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Weizmann Institute of Science until 2010. She has over sixteen years’ experience in mitochondrial research and founded Minovia in 2011, to help better the plight of children with mitochondrial diseases worldwide.

Noa Sher PhD

Chief Scientist

Noa is an experienced manager in the cell therapy space, and a molecular and cellular biologist by training. Noa received her PhD in Biochemistry at The Hebrew University in 2007, after which she performed her postdoctoral studies at the Whitehead Institute in Cambridge, MA and at the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel. She joined Minovia after three years as head of a research team heading preclinical development and characterization of all clinical-stage products in a leading cell therapy company.

Bethany Sensenig

Bethany Sensenig

CFO & Head of US Operations

Bethany brings to Minovia more than 15 years of finance experience in Life Sciences with a deep background in financial operations, strategy, commercial operations, accounting, and FP&A. Prior to joining Minovia, Bethany spent much of her career at Biogen, a multi-national biotech, where her most recent position was VP, Finance and Commercial Operations. She has led finance and commercial operations teams in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, while spearheading geographic and product expansion for Specialty Medicine, Rare Disease, and Biosimilar products into new markets to grow the business. Bethany holds an M.B.A. from Western Carolina University, a B.S. in Accounting & Business Management from Montreat College and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Head of EU Operations

Ex-Regional Director at Biogen. Experienced in commercialization of rare disease and biosimilar products. Holds an MSc. from The Weizmann Institute of Science and an MBA from INSEAD.

Eyal Shoshani

Eyal Shoshani B.Sc. Biotech Eng., MBA

Head of Clinical Operations

Eyal brings the breadth and depth of 15 years of Clinical Operations expertise, alongside strong hands-on experience in managing ClinOps in pharma companies, innovative startups, and global CROs. Eyal holds a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering, an MBA degree. Eyal joined Minovia after three years as the Director of Clinical Operations at leading cell therapy company in which he lead variety of studies in various stages including, 2 pivotal phase III multi-center, multi-national studies.

Hadass Reich PhD

QA/GMP Manager

Hadass received her PhD in Immunology from the Hebrew University and is a certified quality manager (CMQ) by the Israeli Society for Quality (ISQ) and certified internal auditors. She gained extensive experience as a manager in quality control, quality assurance, and GMP in several cell therapy pharma and biotechnology companies before joining Minovia in 2017.
